Company settings
Identity, integrations, email, country-based security and the health panel, in one place.
The Admin tabs hold the settings that apply to the whole company. Only admins see this area.
- General: name, logo, colors, which areas appear in the menu and who can read the help center (open or team only).
- Integrations: the WhatsApp and SMS accounts.
- AI: under Bots and automations, which AI service answers and what happens if it goes down; under Panel assistant, the assistant in the corner: on or off, requests to support and the AI for its answers.
- WhatsApp: the numbers and where in the panel each one is used.
- Usage: the prices and estimates used in Usage and billing.
- Internal email and Customer email: sender, domain and look of the emails.
- Sales: platforms and products (see Connect your sales platform).
- Security: which countries can sign in and who is blocked.
- Health: the state of each service, the same one the status light shows.
