Products and deliveries

For each product you choose what the buyer receives as soon as the payment is approved.

#Set up the delivery

1. In Sales, open Products and deliveries and pick the product.
2. Under What the buyer receives, choose one or more deliveries:

   • an Access email, with instructions and the link;
   • a PDF on WhatsApp, such as an ebook or a ticket;
   • a Link, to a members' area or a group.
3. Review the message texts, which already use the buyer's and the product's names.
4. Select Publish changes.

#Follow along

The sales list shows each purchase, its payment status and whether the delivery went out. If a delivery fails, say from an invalid phone number, the sale is flagged for the team to fix.
