Connect your sales platform

Once your sales platform is connected, every approved purchase becomes a record in the panel: the buyer joins the CRM, the sale shows up under Sales, and deliveries and automations can run on their own.

#Connect

1. Open Sales, go to Platforms and select Connect a platform.
2. Pick your platform from the list and follow the on-screen steps: usually you copy an address from the panel and paste it into the platform's notification settings.
3. Use Send a test sale to check the link works.

#Test without touching customers

While the platform is set to Record only, sales go into the CRM but no message goes to the buyer. Under Test destinations, add your own email and WhatsApp to receive the test deliveries. When everything looks right, switch to live and select Publish changes.

#Past sales

Import order history brings earlier purchases into the CRM without messaging anyone.
